In the 2013-2014 school year, 10 new students took part in 22 training sessions (11 sessions at each of two local high schools). 10 past 'graduates' of the program continued to take part in organizing outreach activities. 1500+ students were reached by the outreach activities, which included:
Lobbying at the State Capitol for the new anti-bullying law
“In My Shoes,” in which students shared their personal stories of bullying with peers in school assemblies
“I Won’t Stand For…” poster campaign. Students posed for individual photographs and created posters saying “I Won’t Stand For Bullying” or “I Won’t Stand For Racism” or “I Won’t Stand For Hate Speech” or other similar slogans. Posters were placed in their high school hallways.
