Training: Employment Law Update

Nonprofit Networking

Description: Please join us at Glynner's for an enjoyable nonprofit networking event. Our nonprofit networking events are laid back, casual, and a great place to meet your nonprofit peers, see old friends and new, and learn about each other's work. It's also a space to discuss opportunities and challenges of our nonprofit work and chat about ways to partner on important community needs. You don't have to attend the training to attend the nonprofit networking, so stop on by!

MCN Pre-Conference Workshop: Beyond Inclusion, Beyond Empowerment

Date & Time: October 24; 9-11:45am

Description: You are invited to the pre-MCN Annual Conference deep-dive workshop with keynote speaker, Dr. Leticia Nieto on Thursday October 24 from 9 - 11:45 a.m. During this training, Leticia shows how to apply her threepart Beyond Inclusion, Beyond Empowerment model to give practical understanding of how to work in developmentally attuned ways. As a result, attendees will explore the dynamics of oppression and privilege, and enhance the skills that can promote social justice for ourselves, our organizations, and our communities.
