We stand in solidarity with those who seek justice and racial equity. Together with the undersigned entities, the Rochester Nonprofit Consortium commits to listen, learn, and act to:
address the policies and practices that influence racism, structural bias and inequity;
connect to resources, organizations, and best practices to apply a race equity lens; and
build capacity within our organizations and community to promote social and economic mobility and wellbeing for all residents.
On December 21st from 1-2 PM, hear from members of the NPC executive committee as they recap the work that’s been done so far, review how using and sharing data will be used in the future to measure growth, and also to share upcoming learning opportunities.
Evaluation of the Racial Justice Commitment will include performance measures for each of the undersigned organizations to measure how staff and customers/clients feel a sense of belonging within the organizations and also within our community at large. These will be collected at minimum, annually, and reported publicly on a bi-annual basis.
