Our Corporate Donors Support Diversity

Girl Scout Council of River Trails

Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. has a commitment to diversity and to embracing inclusiveness. Here at River Trails Council, we wholeheartedly endorse this commitment, and through the Diversity Council, we are able to help make pluralism a reality. We strongly believe that Girl Scouting is for every girl, everywhere, and diversity is an important element of that mission.

Fluor Corporation

Diversity is the KEY to success in the business world today. Being able to appreciate differences in each other and, more importantly, adapt our own lifestyles to embrace those differences is becoming imperative as today's workforce and companies themselves become more diverse. Fluor promotes a work place that welcomes and respects diversity by providing mandatory diversity training each year for staff and by including diversity appreciation in our employee handbook and company HR policies. We also search for minority suppliers to subcontract work at IBM.
