Hiawatha Homes

Hiawatha Homes recognizes that diversity is essential, and because of the very people who have developmental disabilities that we serve, we have always been champions of diversity. People who possess a variety of qualities make life and work more interesting and rich, providing all involved with additional experiences and learning opportunities. Hiawatha Homes has 25% workforce diversity, and at least 25% of those employees have made use of our Reading Partner Program to boost their work-related English language skills. This is a great example of Hiawatha Homes doing what was right for both the employees and clients we support.
